You can add one teaspoon of mixed millet nut powder to a glass of hot water or milk (150ml).
Preparation:
To prepare java, take a few tablespoons of the mixed millets java powder and mix it with water or milk in a pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens to your desired consistency. You can add sweeteners like sugar or jaggery, and flavorings like cardamom powder if desired.
To prepare idly or dosa using the Instant mix, simply add water and a pinch of salt to the idly and dosa mix. Mix well and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Afterward, you can make idlis or dosas and serve them hot.
