Preparation:
To prepare java, take a few tablespoons of the mixed millets java powder and mix it with water or milk in a pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens to your desired consistency. You can add sweeteners like sugar or jaggery, and flavorings like cardamom powder if desired.
You can consume Mixed Millet Java daily by boiling 3 teaspoons of the powder in a glass of water daily.
You can add one teaspoon of mixed millet nut powder to a glass of hot water or milk (150ml).
